Snail Mail 

Inspired by the song Snail by the singer Benee. To begin research I studied the songs lyrics as well as the music video. By taking a screen grab of a scene from the music video I was able to create my color palette and mood board. The Sweater created was made by hand dyeing yarn into the purple, pink, blue, and green tones. I constructed and hand crocheted the sweater over the course of a week adding fringe details and playing with the oversized sleeves.
